Rich and his team recently filmed and edited a video for the nonprofit I work for and I wanted to review them because for a handful of reasons, this experience has stuck with me.

1) As a nonprofit, we didn't have the funds to pay for a location so we shot this at my home, during a regular work/ school day for my family. Even though my 3 year old and my husband were still doing their morning routine, Rich and his team were kind and totally understanding of the preschooler in their way, asking a lot of questions. They set up among toys, dolls, stuffies and even sat in toddler chairs while arranging equipment. I kept apologizing and with smiles on their faces they kept reassuring me that everything was great.

2) The end product was incredible. As a nonprofit, it's really important for us to be able to tell our client stories to our donors and if we don't have a client willing to speak publicly, we rely on video to convey they work we do and the impact their support has. This video was warm, touching, funny, and hit home all the points we needed from it.

3) Rich's team was great! We sat together and ate lunch (again, in my home) and they all just felt like guest at my dinner table. They were social and friendly and incredibly respectful of my home. They actually left everything in better shape than when they arrived.
